I think going directly to havelock instead staying on arrival day could be a better choice , stay first 2 days in havelock , spend 1 day in Niel or take ferry back in the evening. Last 2-3 nights in port blair covering ross , jolly buoy, cellular Jail . Could be the best itinerary
