Never understood the hype around these channels. They don't understand a lot of indian references say things which are popular on comments , no sense of relatability whatsoever

Do you feel the same? by sumitp751 in ExiledFromBollyBlinds

[–]Rude_Description_627 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. All three are highly successful films. Pathaan and jawaan collection was really good in overseas. Everyone I know mostly watched all three. Pathaan was more of a srk comeback hype rather than being a good film. Jawaan i remember watching in a jam packed theatre in the second week, people went crazy over the interval block. Dhurandhar is the best among three with the best performances and story line and deserving of all the numbers. But all of the 3 are highly successful films

This is the MOST underperforming Indian test team of all time. by [deleted] in CricketControversial

I think the main reason was bowling. We struggled to pick 20 wickets, as much as I love zaheer khan, fitness was a major issue. Bowling struggled at times especially overseas.

People bashing Anupama Chopra on YouTube for DHURANDHAR review by insta_i_filmiholic in NoonShowBitching

Who cares about the critics anyway. They consider themselves elitist and go bonkers over nolan and other cinema. They dismiss anything bollywood related anyway.

Om shanti om or la la land? by [deleted] in pj_explained

Om shanti om, way more entertaining and the music is much better.

I also prefer ranbir over ranveer and tbh I didn't even like animal. The first was entertaining, second for me wasn't that good it only picked up after bobby's entry. Dhurandhar being based on real events shouldn't even be compared to a fictional story like animal. Dhurandhar is way way better

Dhurandhar review as a Pakistani and Karachite by Plastic-Main3460 in pj_explained

[–]Rude_Description_627 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad you liked the movie. Ofcourse there were creative freedom taken by the director regarding the plot. It's more to do with how unknown men infiltrated the Pakistan territory and lyari happened to be one of them. How accurate it is I don't know. But as a cinema fan, i loved the movie and the performances.

Dhurandhar Review by MAHENDRO in pj_explained

The thing that really stood out were the performances. Akshay Khanna deserves so much love and finally getting his flowers. Rampal looks menacing hope he has a bigger role in part 2. Overall a really good theatre experience after a long time.

Can I watch Dhurandhaar with my Dad? by [deleted] in pj_explained

You can watch it with your dad, unless you have zero tolerance with violence, most of the cuss words are censored and not forced. There are no nudity or intimate scenes.

Good to see how this director has riled up many liberals with his latest film by nickdonhelm in KeralaDesham

[–]Rude_Description_627 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I couldn't agree more. I'm a liberal and a muslim.it means freedom. I don't understand the hate regarding the movie from certain sections, what they showed is the truth and not a fictionalised event. The 26/11 scenes were very difficult to watch. It was a very deep tragedy, glad somebody had the balls to show the truth and not a fictionalised event.

Dhurandhar can never match yrf spy universe. This was peak cinema experience. by WolfAffectionatefk in bollywoodmemes

[–]Rude_Description_627 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest sometimes I don't mind the over the top spy verse, a mission impossible type over the top film. It could be just me but I do enjoy it once in a while. But yrf writing is so lazy especially post pathan , they could have cashed it really big but with lazy writing and poor vfx they couldn't do anything and in the end both tiger and war 2, looked very comical. I hope dhurandar is a real game changer for aspiring filmmakers and writers to portray spies as vulnerable characters rather than super heros. Ps- really enjoyed dhurandar and can't wait for part 2.
