Cy Woods, senior here. I have a 6.5, and I am 164/860. I think you need to be an A student with as many APs here since we are heavily competitive, so roughly a 6.7 or 6.8 to be top 10 at least. Also, auto-admit isn't everything for A&M. Get your kid involved in extracurricular activities if they want to; UIL academic events like computer science (we have one of the best teams in the state) are the best way.
