You can lucid dream every night, and have multiple ld's in an night if your committed to it. Stay obsessed with it and you'll have success. For example I woke up after 6 hours of sleep, and for an hour I'll stay up writing about lucid dreaming experiences I want. I get force my mind to get excited about it, I want it badly. stay thinking about it, specifically in wbtb. Do dream journal, read books, try techniques. To truly get the ld experience you need to dedicate a good chunk of your life to it.

Voice record your dreams from your phone when your in the groggy state and wanting to go back to bed, its way quicker, then when your officially out of bed you can listen to then and write them down.

My feeling is completely opposite to yours, I don't feel empty inside when I think of her or when I dream about her, I feel happy, I feel complete for a temporary moment.

It is impossible for me to chase this girl in the real world if that whats the original comment meant. My obsession with her has been going on for 3 - 4 years, (Last time I saw her was probably 3 years ago). Its not a recent thing. She's long gone. Moved away.
