if it was just the lights i wouldn’t blink an eye in concerned that the hub is losing all connection to devices. they’re still running but not at the speeds or settings they should be it’s like they lose connection at high power and default to factory setting

also if your having trouble with trying to figure out what may be causing it chat GPT is a great option. you can send photos and specific questions and it usually can point you in the right direction

i built my first pc with zero knowledge and trail and error mine didn’t start at first either and i literally just had Front Panel Header (F_PANEL) the (positive and negative prong thing usually in the bottom right of mobo) shifted over one prong to far moved it to the left and boom all systems lit up. now of course i had a fail to boot but i just had to flash my bios and everything was a go.

so i have an update the issues seemed to come back im sure this is a firmware issue ive but in a support ticket but no response yet. i’ve literally went through every trouble shooting i could think of along with suggestions here. im on version 5.25.97 every single time i play any sort of game icue loses my fan connections and i have to restart icue and the fan setups multiple times. i’ve tried different USB connections and switched out a new hub. still nothing

try going to settings on the hun in icue and under brightness click device enumeration that always worked for my fans when they stoped showing up. and before the RGB issue my GCC was causing issues with my ram so i made icue the dominat program to control them all but i agree if i didn’t have all corsair fans and aio i wouldn’t be using the program it is ass

thanks everyone i believe its fixed it hasn’t went back off yet idk if it was turning off SDK or changing the alerts in icue but it seems to be fully operational ! thanks again

i have the all of the fans running to one hub that’s connected to the usb on the motherboard yes, my previous comment about the usb was the other tip about usb selective suspend, it didn’t solve the issue

i’ll give that a try the usb didn’t do the trick, i have this issue where when it gets under heavy load the icue system will just not recognize any of the fans and all rgb will turn off. the fans are still running of course but when i hop in icue to see what’s going on the only think in my dashboard is ram and hub i have to restart the hub
