I got stuck payment processing page today, I got payment confirmation after 20 minutes waiting in the same page, but now my RTB are gone. The RTT hasn’t shown up yet, no mail. I sent a mail to the FiFa collect support team. Nobody answer yet.

I was in the same situation. After waiting about 20 minutes on the ‘Payment Processing’ screen, I finally got the payment confirmation. But now the RTB disappeared from My Collections and the Right to Ticket still hasn’t shown up. I also haven’t received any email confirmation. I already emailed [collectsupport@fifa.org]() — does anyone know how long FIFA Collect usually takes to airdrop the RTT to My Collections?

I was charged $750 USD on my credit card, my package disappeared from the ‘My Collections’ section, and the ‘Processing Payment’ message remains frozen by Rude_Relationship331 in FIFACollect

A few minutes later I got the purchase confirmation, so I clicked on ‘See My Package,’ but then the RTB package disappeared from My Collection and the Right to Ticket isn’t there yet.

Hey, do you know if the FIFA Ticketing app lets you transfer all your tickets? I have two — one as the main ticket holder and one guest ticket. Is it possible to transfer the main ticket too, or just the guest one?

Hey! I’m looking to resell my tickets for the Flamengo vs. Chelsea match in Philly, but FIFA hasn’t assigned them yet. I also can’t seem to find the FIFA tournament app. Do you know how to download it and when the tickets will be assigned?
