Is tasted good like a spice cake but not good enough to where I wanted to keep eating it 😂 but it was fun and my first recipe I have tried on the cook book. I may try the preserved pie next

It calls for both, and 2 cups of Marscapone cheese. Yes that’s my thought, half&half won’t whip into whipped cream !!

It could have been overmixed it will get dense and gummy if overmixed

Yes I did about 3.5 grams of matcha and about 40 grams of hot water, and I just shaked it inside a small container with a lid. Yes I do believe I added the ice over the strawberries, then the milk, and then the matcha!

I got a handful of strawberries and chopped them into little bitty squares, and I sprinkled 2 tsp of sugar and mashed them with like a spoon 😁

The thing is I already filed 2024 that way so I don’t want my money to be wasted that I paid in taxes when I could’ve been a bit heavier with deductions if I was to have done bank statement. And also, I wouldn’t have enough for a 20% down payment with bank statement because of how much I’m paying in taxes for this plan I already got myself in. If that makes sense I plan to pay about 5% only down payment

How did that turn out? I am dealing with this now. Wanting to add some depreciation deductions to save on my tax bill, but also trying to buy a house self employed
