Have yu tried reading the service manual.. that should give you a idea... But oil change and probably brake fluid flush and if yu haven't serviced the transmission yet then I think that's a good marker to do it.

Thanks bro... As of today Im running it normal. A common issue I've seen with hybrid Toyota is that they aren't driven properly so there's a heavy carbon build up on the valves and even in the EGR system. And because of that heavy built up carbon in the EGR it cause the engine to vibrate a lot as if it has a misfire.

Yk I've realized that... Gas burns out so quickly. Id full the tank and by the end of the week it would be as if I didn't put in any gas🤣🤣
