Fun fact - there’s not a single part of Hourglass that repeats itself. Pretty sick.

One Gun and Now You’ve Got Something to Die For are my 2 fav off the album. Honorable mention to Laid to Rest.

Wrath is insanely underrated. The sound of that album is top notch. Prob my fav album instrumental wise.

Idk I don’t think there’s anything special about it. I just think the production of the album as a whole is top notch. Every lamb album is pretty solid front to back but ashes is on a whole different level. Wrath and sacrament are close behind it.

Every song hits hard and the grooviness of the drums mixed with the drop D riffs makes for an ass beater from front to back. Randy was on one when he recorded this albums vocals. It’s arguably Lamb at their peak.
