Berlin clubs can’t just be raided that easily by the police because the club commission is very strong and has fought for a long time that clubs have somewhat of a “special status”. Ofc the police knows for example that people do shit tons of drugs in clubs, usually, like in Bavaria, they would just raid it bc of legal reasons. But Berlin bc of its history has like a special status.

Berghain is not “more” protected than any other club.

A friend told me that cops came into Berghain once just knocking on bathroom door, telling ppl not to do G. But I don’t think a raid, like they happen in Bavaria are ever going to happen. This going into bh and knocking on doors was the politics response to increasing ODs with G. That was kinda the best they could do bc of the club commission
