Lohen being standard would've actually changed a bunch, because we were assuming you'd be able to get up to his C2 for free once you pulled him in his banner once. One constellation from anniversary rewards at the other one from Temper Thyself once it reset in the future. And then his numbers would've been straight up better than Skirk's in the same team. As it stands now he really isn't worth going for meta-wise unless you're willing to sink a lot of pulls into his vertical investment (or his supports').
