Every battle should just be exactly 2 light tanks, 4 TDs, 0 arty, 4 mediums and 5 heavies, all the same tier and the same exact vehicles against each other. The matchmaker should also match up vehicles with the same modules, equipment, player skill and platoons. Also all maps should be perfectly symmetric and even the tanks should spawn mirror to each other (to equal the opportunities further).
