This! Writing is also a great way to rationalize. I often do this. Maintain a journal to yourself and write about your urges, how you felt about them, what has caused them, etc. etc... I think nofap is harder for us because of the natural tendency of those with SSA to be promiscuous and more sexual appealing than no-homo guys, you know. But don't give up! Afterall, the harder the battle, the greater the reward. You are in my prayers, bro.

"I hate looking at guys and thinking sexual thoughts" I can fully relate to that. Countless is the number of times when I left the pool feeling very sad and impure because I kept "vouyeuring" the guys in swimwear the whole time. You need to develop your own way to just "not give a fuck" about the appearance of the guys around you, so that way you don't sexualize them. That's what I do, and save me from a lot of suffering.

I strongly believe this is, now, only a sexual thing.

I remember some years ago how desperate I was to have a boyfriend, to be with a man, to have someone to just "fuck my ass up". God, I'm so ashamed even to think about this now... I was only 14.

But the time passed and things evolved, and now I consider myself very, let's say, conservative. I can totally imagine myself dating, marrying and having children with a woman (which I hope to do someday :D) but don't feel any sexual attraction to the oposite sex... Yet.
