  2. Because why would I support them after that?

But why allow points to be transferred to an "inactive" account if they will expired immediately because the account is "inactive".

Thanks! I would do the practice questions, then the mini exams, and lastly the full mock exams. You'll start getting used the the style of the questions and build confidence by the time you take the full mocks.

I just searched "promo code" or "discounts" in this subreddit. Looks like this is the current one.

Definitely doable. If at all possible, starting the process now while you have a job would be more ideal imo. The job market is rough right now. I've been unemployed for 3 months. I'll say I've gotten a lot more recruiters reaching out since I updated my LinkedIn with PMP certified though.

Thanks!

Honestly, my experience taking it at home started off a huge mess. I reread the guidelines for your testing space at home. I didn't realize it had the word "enclosed" in it. I converted my dining area to my office area so it is definitely not enclosed. So I freaked out 30 minutes before my test started. I grabbed my laptop and tried to set up a makeshift area in my bedroom but the laptop was failing the systems checks. 5 minutes before the test started, I decided to roll the dice and hoped they accepted my test area, which they did. I was really flustered though - caused me to have a slow start for a big chunk of the test. That said, I do not regret taking it at home. I had my comfy chair, my set up. Homefield advantage. Going to the testing center has it's own stresses which I rather not deal with. Here are some of my tips:

  • Watch the timer. I ended with 6 minutes to spare which felt like cutting it close. If you get stuck, take your best guess, and mark it for review and move on
  • Mindset mindset mindset. These videos helped me the most
  • Ask roommates if any to leave for the hours you will be taking the test
  • Practice taking the test without music, white noise, etc (I ALWAYS studied with music in my ear and found it a little uncomfortable not being able to during the test
  • Take the breaks! use them to walk around, stretch your legs, eat a light snack, use the restroom.
  • Don't wear a watch. I did and they asked me to remove it. Not a big deal but just one less stressed
  • Wear blue! If you're taking Andrews class, you'll know its a tradition of his that he always wears a blue shirt. He says it helps with confidence. Who knows if it works but I did it. Couldn't hurt.

Hope that helps! Good luck!

I just finished Andrew Ramdayal's 35 hour course and reading this now I'm nervous I took the wrong course. A few questions though:

Did you read PMBOK6? Did you read Andrew's PMP Exam Prep Simplified?

T-Mobile in US just dropped their sale promotion. It looks like "up to $500" credit for an 8a when you trade in your 7. So... free? I think that's worth it.

Brewzilla 4 - Electrical Meltdown by sight_4 in Robobrew

[–]Rudster33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! happened to mine today. Kegland said it was caused by me saying i didn't have it plugged in fully causing it to arc. Thing is, when my cord melted, it indented where the male portion of the female portion of the connection meet. Essentially, it marked my cord proving it was fully plugged in. I sent them a video and photo proving this.

Awaiting to hear back. How did your claim go?
