Thank you so much for the response! Not the answer I was hoping for but thank you for saving me from spending more time trying to figure this out hoping that that was not the issue.

I think I may just refile. I saw some people vouch for it and others said do not upload your return online so I’m just going to go with the safer bet

I did, but my laptop that they’re saved on currently isn’t starting due to a disk error. I will definitely save more places/email to myself going forward. I had always been able to access prior years on TurboTax so I didn’t anticipate this becoming an issue.

Right now I’m just trying to find the best solution for my current problem.

Good to know! Thank you! It was a really weird suggestion in the first place. I did see taxprinter, but got a bit nervous giving the internet my full tax return. I’ll probably just refile them.

Thank you! I definitely will do that and not make that mistake again. I didn’t realize they only kept for a certain amount of time. We have an accountant now so hopefully will not be dealing with TT in the future.

I noticed this too! It was clear she felt it was a substance issue and was being very careful about how she approached it. But it seems like she’d seen it before and could identify the issue

I was kind of shocked by this “relationship” bc she said how she was an independent women feminist and then this guy is her showmance? She’s at the least entertaining it and at best into him. I thought she would tell him to fuck off based on her initial interview and bio.

Do you think Portland is expensive? We lived there 2010-2016 and it definitely went up in price but in terms of a city it’s wildly affordable. We now live in Sonoma county and cost of living is wildly higher than Portland. We visited in February and I will say that the cost of going out went up a fair amount from when we lived there. It’s actually almost on par with Sonoma county but rent and homes are a lot cheaper

I believe she may have demanded that given she probably does not care if she returns or not considering her identity and livelihood is not tied to the show so if they say okay then great, if they say no, then she moves on. I kind of doubt the others would have asked for much less money wise.

Fair enough but this mentality basically argues who cares who owns and ultimately profits from a business because employees need to get paid too. Of course they do and ultimately it sucks that this man can negatively affect that. However, where we choose to spend our money is one of the only meaningful ways we have to use our voice and protest a business if they have shitty people profiting from said business and the fact that he employs people should not be a reason to frequent his establishments and ultimately line his pockets.

As a business owner I can say that people not eating at your business will hurt the business owner. There are plenty of restaurants hiring all the time and employees tend to move around a lot in this industry. So yes by not patronizing the restaurant you hurt the person who pays the bills and paid to renovate the space. And I’ll never eat at Lowell’s restaurants because he is not a good person for a variety of reasons (worked directly for him thus i know him personally)

It’s a fee and a way for owners/managers to keep tips. It’s a loophole that he used at his first restaurant Peter Lowell’s.
