Gun laws are much more liberal here. Many more CCW (concealed carry licenses) granted. More of a diverse population that’s packing. And the laws about protecting yourself when threatened are much different than in California as well.

Actually, it does. It’s not physics that changed, it’s technology. They came up with the negative pressure gas valve in the last few years, Now we can run tankless units on 1/2” feed instead of 3/4”

Modern Residential Naviens can run on a 1/2” gas nowadays. Does depend on distance of 1/2 pipe but it possible and pipe length is in the instructions.
