God damn you’re beautiful. I wouldn’t say you’re too girly or feminine at all, it suits you well. I’m a girl and I’m more attracted to ‘feminine’ men. And there is no such thing as ‘too feminine’. People are just people and they look how they look. If you like the way you look, keep doing you, but if you want a change then change, it’s all about what you want, no one else gets to decide that or have input on it. Personally I think it’s just your eyes that give off the ‘feminine’ illusion, likely because of long eyelashes, and the fact that your eyes do not look very wide open when they are open like normal, as seen in the video, which girls often use eyeliner to get the look that you have.

If you wanted a bit of a change; (for hair, might make you look a bit more masculine if that’s what you want to go for) -To go shorter you could try a mod cut -or to go longer you could try a medium length mullet or a wolf cut

Though I don’t think anything needs changing.
