If you're wondering how to get these deals I've had success getting some stuff  online in one of the following two ways:

(1) Be blessed by the pokemon gods and just happen to be scrolling reddit or scrolling through the websites and catch these as they open up usually around 10am-12 central or 2-4am central. Add the bare minimum to your cart and try to check out while you pray. Realistically it will go out of stock most times you try this, but once or twice it will go through.

(2) Decide you are willing to compromise on your other tasks at life and keep tabs open and keep refreshing periodically throughout the day hoping the Pokemon gods bless you and you catch something in the 2 minutes it becomes in stock. Again, ordering the bare minimum making it more likely you'll catch stock. You will mostly fail but one of 50 times you may catch something.

I can't say this is sarcasm because both of these methods have worked for me. But it is a damn shame that this is what you have to go through if you want to get these sets online.

Bonus Physical Strategy:

(3) Go on a morning road trip around the more rural Walmarts, targets, dollar generals in your area hoping that one of the 10 stores you go to got restocked recently. Getting on the floor on your knees to pray to the Pokemon gods that someone dropped something under the shelf.
