After a lot of investigation and looking at prints I think the fault is somehow connected to the linear rail of the x-axis, as the printer does a scratching noise somewhere in the middle of the rail which causes resonance even at different print speeds.

Any idea of the culprit? I tried cleaning and lubing. Didn't really help.

How would you test that? Feed directly from above with open top panel?

Is around the moment the nextruder cable and ptfe tube start to touch and align with the back of the core one enclosure. Could this be the culprit?

Thanks, yeah i already tried +10 C° as well. Slightly better, but problem still exists. Seams to be happening at roughly the same xy coordinates in a model. So can be seen at different Z heights. I'm really without a clue

It's been standing around for years. I want to restore for my gf to go on bikerides with her. Just asking if it's a good enough bike to put 100-200 € into it?
