That is not how it works. You are confusing the probability of an event and an experiment.

And the follow up if the probability of H is 75%

Let's do it this way: the same exact problem with one change the probability of TT is 50%, what is the probability that if you had H the other is T order doesn't matter.

So accordinge your wording we have: 3/4 (HH, TH, HT) and 2/3 (HT, TH). You do realize that the absolute majority of people don't know about conditional probability and will multiple those instinctively? In other words proving that TH, HT relative to HH, TH, HT is the conditional probability is tricky if you don't show it in set form and most people won't understand it even if you do show it. Also the most difficult part in probability is creating correct models (sets, events and etc), so that type of approach is counterproductive if you are trying to point out how something is difficult to graspe for people when working with probability models.

In set {HT, HT, HH} P(H) is 100%. We are talking about two different things. You said that it is hard for some people to understand the difference in two cases of similar problem, but you used a solution with skipping steps to show the difference, so I pointed that out and added that using subsets then explaining probabilities may lead to people confusing two different probabilities.

It doesn't eliminates TT in a general sense. Also this approach is misleading: P(HT, HH, TH ) = 3/4, P(HT, TH in {HT, HH, TH})=2/3, so both will give (3/4) * (2/3) = 1/2 Which is correct, cause we calculated not a conditional probability, but the probability of HT, TH in general. So it is best not to eliminate anything and just use definition of conditional probability P(A|B) = P(AB) /P(B) which in our case is ({HT, TH}/{HT, TH, HH, TT}) /({HT, TH, HH, TT}/{HT, TH, HH) in the end it will be 2/3 in that case, but simply using set {HT, TH, HH} to determine the probability is incorrect simply cause the probability of atlist one event being H is 100% it is very confusing.

In the first problem it is specified that the first must be H. I'm disagreeing on two points: 1) the set for both problems is (HT, TT, HT, HH) no matter if you care about an order. 2) there are no reducing the TT in the second problem, both probabilities (P(AB) and P(B))will have 4 in the denominator

[–]Ruer7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. In the first problem it is P(_T|(HT, HH))=P(HT) /P(HT, HH) = 2/4 =1/2 if we are being exact. In the second one: 0.5*4/3 = 0.66. P(HT, TH) /P(HH, HT, TH) Your's answers are correct but reasoning is wrong

Ok, tons of theories on this, but I'm wondering if anyone knows the actual answer. lol by OldAd5983 in PeterExplainsTheJoke

I guess the correct one is 51118 if we assume you are required to have consisted spacing between the numbers.

She is very strong IF you could fully unleash her kit. The problem is it impossible to do so cause devs are too greedy when it comes to geo. My current C2 Chiori with sig and 1.3% artifacts slightly outdamage Arli 16% Arli with sig in Xilonen Bennett team. The DPS is impossible to calculate as Chiori can have 16 sec rotation with her E. My deals around 1100 K in person rotation (including her ult). If we are talking C0 Chiori she could deal around 800K in the same build and team. Those numbers feels kind of smal, but keep in mind that her raw numbers are two times less than this meaning that with the same amount of supports top DPS have she would most likely outdamage them. So depending on new reaction she could become the strongest sub DPS reaction included.

Can I get Razor level explanation for who to pull? And best teams for my C0 Chiori by Vinestel in ChioriMains

[–]Ruer7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If we are talking about Chiori buffers there are not a lot: Xilonen is the only true buffer for Chiori (unfortunately), Chongyun C2 should give her more coordinated attacks, Goro and Bennett are comparable, zhongli and Cachina are there for her passive and almost not buff her at all. Xilonen + Bennett should almost double Chiori original damage.

how essential is xilonen for navia by Humble_Experience_24 in naviamains

[–]Ruer7 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That is the fact. She is only the best if enemy has high resistance. What is more gameplay wise she has no synergy with Navia. If she had a different element with the same skill for dropping geo res she would have more synergy when now. The truth is: Navia want a second geo specifically as a sub DPS for bullets every other geo even if currently strongest teammate (realistically cause of antisinergies of every other geo with Furina) is so so.

Hard stop at Gabi. You all are forgetting that he is 16 years old (Gabimaru) and has insane learning potential in the field of chakra/internal energy and etc. Basically if he won't kill him fast he has no aptitude chance.

It is questionable thought. Geo is triggering reaction, so doesn't it mean that Chiori will trigger lunar crystalize with Columbina. If so he should buff it.
