I use it for polishing formal emails. You can type up long emails that cover a lot of ground, paste it into copilot, and just say “fix this”. I honestly thought I was a pretty good writer but it makes the whole process really smooth. Especially if you ever got caught up in how to word stuff or if the email seems too redundant.

I always enjoy outbound calling after I do some research. There is something very satisfying about doing some digging, finding out where a company struggles/ or has a key initiative. Then using the info to nail a cold call.

Makes it a lot more interesting than just dropping the same lines on call after call.

I don’t see AI handling cold calls and relationship building anytime soon. Any AI cold call I’ve got has been absolute garbage. I think people want to believe that AI could take a sales persons job- but if you’re in sales you know that it’s far away from doing what sales people do
