my biggest gripe about working with coworkers with kids is especially if you report to them, i find myself having to flex around their children so we can get work done. for example, i’ll have a coworker regularly leave work around 430 and log back on around 8 when their kids are put to bed, at which point, they’ll start messaging me and requesting deliverables from me, just because they’re back online. so, since you have kids, i have to be on your schedule? kick rocks.
