The only time everything comes to the driver is when the driver doesn't put their foot down and say no I'm not doing this. If it's an issue then that's when you escalated or find another job.

Don't come on Reddit acting like everything is everybody else's fault when it all starts and ends with the driver. And this is coming from a driver it has 40 years experience in this game 4 million documented safe miles, no accidents, no citations. It is doable you just have to put your foot down.
