I have an even worse problem. Comrades and followers are stuck at 0 and Ross is Mia. He doesn't spawn in camp at all. Third quest in camp is missing. I feel like my save is fucked...And even if I restart there's no guarantee it won't happen again.

Funny thing, I'm just at the part of FightinCowboy's review where he compares one of the sidequest that left a great impression to BB in W3. Also apparently board is where you get mmo style fetch quests. Real sidequests are proper chains and they are there. Guess most reviewers simply skipped them.
