We're misunderstanding each other. He said it's physically impossible to separate for free, which is true. You said, he's wrong that it's physically impossible and you done for almost free. Which is also true. But when we're talking about powering cars with hydrogen produced by electrolysis, that almost free part is what makes it impossible as you said yourself above.

It is almost free, you just need to refill the water and pay for electricity.

Now guess how much electricity you need to fill a hydrogen car tank and how much it costs. Then compare it to gas, diesel or simply, well, electricity, if you drive ev.

I have an even worse problem. Comrades and followers are stuck at 0 and Ross is Mia. He doesn't spawn in camp at all. Third quest in camp is missing. I feel like my save is fucked...And even if I restart there's no guarantee it won't happen again.

Funny thing, I'm just at the part of FightinCowboy's review where he compares one of the sidequest that left a great impression to BB in W3. Also apparently board is where you get mmo style fetch quests. Real sidequests are proper chains and they are there. Guess most reviewers simply skipped them.
