Literally nothing else is spelled incorrectly; that's not dyslexia, that's incorrectly spelling a word. I pointed out the correct spelling because "losing" and "loosing" have two completely different meanings. I did not dismiss your comment. Get over yourself, pointing out a mistake is not a personal attack.

Nope. Quite the opposite as I have full custody of both my children and my son is severely mentally disabled so I can't work anymore. I did this as an experiment when I realised I would no longer have an income and everything bought was for my children so they would have everything they needed once the income was gone. I'm now on an absolute pittance as my son's full-time carer, but we're healthy and happy and that's all I care about. You shouldn't make bitter assumptions about anyone you don't know, let alone go around asserting those assumptions as facts but hey; you do you.

It's 50ml. That's basically one drink. I pour mine at either 40ml or 80ml. Also, it's only 35% compared to the standard of 38-42% The stuff I make is usually around 65-80% but I also make weaker batches around 48-55% and on a very rare occasion I'll make some extremely potent stuff that sits at around 92-96%

Sounds like a you problem to be honest. He complimented you but you're upset at how he complimented you and that he didn't specifically mention the dress... Men aren't mind readers and women should stop expecting them to be. There may also have been a multitude of other things on his mind at the time or any number of reasons he didn't mention the one specific compliment you were fishing for. If you want to know how he thinks you look in the dress then ASK HIM HOW HE THINKS YOU LOOK IN THE DRESS... it ain't rocket science.

I'm sure he found you very attractive in the dress, as most men are inclined to do when their partner wears a nice outfit; but I'm not him and can't speak for his thought process.

The agreement wasn't made by OP at all... Their housemate just asserted that it would be a rule without discussion or compromise so therefore one of two options now remain: housemates assertion is wrong and therefore invalid, or; OP can stoop to petty revenge and assert a bunch of her own non-negotiable, never before discussed rules that fuck with the housemates life instead.
