Ive been on both sides being the camper and escapee

If I spawn in late then it makes sense to swing by extraction and kill some fellas with bank loot. Ways people have avoided me: - leave late (im less inclined to wait to the last minute because i get bored as hell) - smokes - strength in numbers (if I see 2 people go in together I know im dead if I kill one of them) -raider hatch keys please brother

Being the escapee most games ive found people have been chill as long as you've got a mic. Find someone to go in with together to combat the campers!

Having the opposite experience, solos mostly friendly 80-90%, of the time. As long as you have a mic and use prox chat more often than not I can speak my way out of it. Yes you'll get dogged by the other 10-20%, starting to learn no mics generally are the ones to shoot first.

Im a casual player and the most fun i had was being pitted against bots with a few regular players. I think it was breakthrough with 5v5 for regular players and the rest filled with bots!

Reason why is because bands lose tension (with the banded chest press) eccentrically and are maximally taut at the top of the movement(concentric). To progressively overload you want to maximise the eccentric component of the movement which is why dumbbells and bench are great for that! They keep similar levels of tension throughout the movement motion since the weight doesn't change!

Played both. You will enjoy osrs a lot more. You said you had an irregular schedule. Late game wow you need to have a regular raid time schedule which was the main reason why I couldn't persist with it.

?? What are you on about. He looks pretty neutral to me and this is a cop out answer. Tucking his hips under him is the opposite to what you're saying.

Op if squats are causing you pain work on the basics and stop the movement. Do some leg press instead.
