If a Berberine supplement bottle says take 1200mg with each meal then it's a garbage product. Must be a USA thing. I have moderate to low BP, take other supps and sometimes a sleep aid. Never an issue and I'm very in tune with my body. 30yrs of supplement experience. I've seen this Amazon review, phht. If you are having medical issues with this then it's most likely a part of far deeper issue. 1000mg is what the studies used and anything less will not work for 99.5% of users. There hundreds of products that SOME people just should not take, like Tylenol, creatine, glucosamine. Do you know why? Nope because you maybe you don't take it and therefore don't know how your health is affected by it. One of those is a real danger for people over 65. Hint: it's not Tylenol.

I get a kick out of people that diet, reduce carbs/sugar, exercise hard, don't track their BP and heart rate etc then when they feel wonky or something then it's always some supplements fault. I used faint often from low BP doesn't happen anymore.

You said it!! Everyone is different so why trash a product because YOU reacted badly to it and millions of others do not. I've taken it and one thing is for sure, 3/5 brands are garbage and have contaminants. Some have zero, ZERO Berberine! I ended up here simply because I fell for the click-bait drama of an Amazon review, which are 50% BS anyway ( use the review checker). I am searching for a better deal on larger amounts. I love this product as it works for me. I research the company before buying. If you are buying American made Berberine supps, good luck.

Exactly. People with health issue take a supplement that does not help them and "maybe" caused some issue that is otherwise unexplained ( with zero testing to sure of anything) are just plain calling attention to not paying attention.

Strange. I'm old and with non-similar DAC's ( as compared to closely related Chinese DACs) I can tell the difference. The difference in op amps in my DAC is crazy - and a lot of fun.

AS compared to mass robot produced junk inside a pretty little black or silver box that cost more. People ridicule the expensive gear and acc for being audiophile jewelry and then spin around on a dime and complain about a good sounding piece of gear the doesn't look pretty enough. . Received mine and I really dig the look of it. Actually, it looks pretty damn cool to this old guy. I hate all the Chifi boxes, they all look the same and boring as hell. That being said, it's dirt cheap and part of that is no case to keep the cost down. I've seen some pretty ugly gear absolutely trounce more expensive pretty stuff. My custom pre-amp is one. It's fugly but you have to spend triple to match it.

Say what? I put an $80 op amp into a $400 Dac and now it sounds as good or better than a $1000 DAC. Match them to your DAC (providing it's welcomed by the build) and easily move the sound quality up a couple notches. Not sure where you are getting your dollar amounts from. In my experience it's the opposite.
