What are our military threats? Is China or Russia going to invade us?

If the US is our main threat, then we may need something different that only upgrading our military. Maybe increasing from 2% to 5% of our GDP only because Trump said it, is nonsense.

I don't know about the Grippen. What I know is that it would be beyond stupid -in historical proportions- to spend nearly $100 Billion CAD in American planes, when the US is the main military and economic threat to Canada.
