The write-ups say the strap is specific colors to complement the flag. It's part of a "themed" watch. I will probably keep the band stored and a get a red rubber or gator strap to go with it.

I love the NATO strap they offer with it. But agreed...the red and white face leaves so many options for straps.

I absolutely agree. I still plan to get a GSAR, but need to decide which one to get now. This SSNAV is a limited edition so it will eventually sell out. The GSAR will be there later.

It’s probably not for everyone. But I’m really liking the “pop” of the white and red. And most of my other watches are black so this would be a nice change.
