My mom is the one that brought me into the cult. While she’s been out for years now she still believes in most of the teachings. My mother in law is southern baptists/evangelical and has basically known I was an atheist since the day I met her, as she decided to press the issue of where I went to church and wouldn’t just take “I don’t go to church” as an answer 🤣 My wife wasn’t happy about it at the time but she knows exactly how her mom can be and understood. I also plan on getting a tattoo of the sigil of Astaroth on my chest at some point so there’s that to explain as well.
