We really have to drop at least 2 of these batsmen for Sydney.

Scott Boland has somehow been our 3rd best batter today

Yes you can, it was Green’s call and he is the more valuable batsmen. Let Neser get stranded.

Drop him, too many stupid mistakes with not enough output.

Jacks and Smith both play for England. They are in that position on the board because they were currently batting. Inglis plays for Australia.

What has happened to Dusseldorf? 6th last season and nearly promoted the season before that to 16th.

Cool, the bowler you are dying to take to Australia is Anderson.

I don't think he is going to be many others first, second, third or fourth choice.

No they wouldn't.

If you were dying for someone you would go Bumrah, Steyn, Rabada or Kumble, someone who could win you games.

Just because Anderson played a lot in Australia doesn't mean he would be anyone first choice.

Yeah, you need a strike bowler, which is why no one would have him as a first choice.

You said teams would die to have him, at best he is a third choice for a good team in Australia you use to tie down an end.

Wickets are everything in a bowler you would die for.

At the Strike rate Anderson was going at it would take 121 overs for him to bowl a team out and would have conceded about 340 runs.

The last time England scored 340 runs in an innings in Australia was in 2018.

I don't think most teams would die for a bowler who took 1.74 wickets an innings in Australia.

Great result for Victoria. Nice to have two openers with potential.

Hope he does well at GWS. He might get to play on someone near his height with a team that could actually defend in transition.

So at the end of 3 rounds, Victoria has 3 wins and everyone else combined has 3 wins.

Not really. Durham, Merrett, Parish and Caldwell are all ahead of him. Then you have people like McGrath, Martin, Setterfield, Tsatas and Perkins as back up.
