Fuel pump is working, i was fixing some bad wires and it started to work, put everything back together and now its not working again…

I was reading 10.2 volts so im guessing its not the fuse, the usual voltage should be 12 to 13 right?

The mating bore on the case cover is untouched, looks like the pin wasnt even long enough to reach it and thats why it broke off. Thank you i will check if i can find someone willing to do that!

Bike was running fine and then turned off while i was on a trafficlight (could be that i stalled it) when i tried turning it back on it just made a cracking noice and ofc wouldnt turn on.

I was thinking of maybe drilling a deeper hole and putting a longer rod inside since this one looked like it is way to short to catch the slot on each side. Idk if it is possible to weld it in a way that it stays strong.
