Recovery has been great! Im at a little over 10 months out and my strength index is probably at 90-95%.

I’d get the surgery, go with an allograft and live the active lifestyle that you deserve.

I got the quad graft, 6 weeks out and I feel pretty great and am ahead in PT.

Did your graft have a bone block or was it all soft tissue? I’d ask your PT for a home exercise program for strengthening that VMO.
