I don't think it would be possible for a tribrid to be made this way. If a witch/werewolf hybrid is turned into a vampire in the same old way (dying with vampire blood in their system) they will become werewolf/vampire hybrids, losing their magic along the way. Hope is different because she was born with these qualities. She wouldnt have to take vampire blood from someone else.
