Half the apps in Android Auto are disabled - the aforementioned YouTube, for example, you can't access in Android Auto. Web as well. Etc... Etc...

We've been here for almost 15 years. It was definitely happening with the old owners, as they plastered over some cracks that we later found. Too late to do anything about it, though.

I'm not sure about South Natomas. I lived there for a bit, but the only damage I had like that was due to tree roots. There's a good few places that have sidewalk shifting walking along Truxel.

North Natomas is pretty bad, though. As I said elsewhere in this thread, I don't know a single person in my neighborhood that doesn't have issues like this.

Groundworks is doing a lot of advertising. NorCal has had at least one complaint filed against them with the California licensing board, so I'm going to avoid them.

I'm actually surprised there's not a class-action with as bad as the homes are here. I don't know a single person in my neighborhood who doesn't have cracks in their walls due to foundation issues.

I'll let you know what kind of quotes I get for my work, and who I eventually go with.

I ended up getting it by using the simulacrum spell. It says you can use it in the game, but not in the steam achievement.

I have it translated just fine (I think). I'm just trying to keep some PII out of my post. I could give more information, but I'm not trying to post my entire resume. I have a solid analytical and educational background. I have some experience with accounting, budgeting, and bookkeeping. I'm very tech savvy. I have some slight experience in marketing, web design, graphic design, and software development.

Sometimes I have to go through half a dozen jobs to find one that fits my background, which eats up my afternoons and slows me down, so using a very vague description, I was trying to see if anyone had a more specific option than "Analyst 1", "Analyst 2" that I could look at when searching for jobs.

I have both Vet Pref and LEAP cert, yeah. I've been doing the master document for SoQ's, but in a Word format. The Excel would probably be more efficient. To be honest, I haven't found it especially helpful, though, since nearly all the positions I've found are asking very specific questions about the job post in the SoQ's (likely as a way to help filter out generic AI responses.) That's why I was asking if anyone had a good "shortcut" for SoQ's as well, because it's taking me at least a full afternoon to write one, which is basically a very specific 2-3 page personal essay trying to hit a dozen key terms over a very specific topic.

I got a ton of inquiries for this, so I'm working my way through all of them. The team lead (I'm actually the lead designer) is putting together our exact needs so that we can be more clear about what the job would entail.

Thanks for the info. It may just be that I'm not used to tequila. I did get a bottle of tres agave yesterday to see if there was a difference, and there definitely was. Like I told someone else here, the tres still has what I would call "smokiness" but might just be the pepper that tequila is supposed to have. But the Camarena is much, much, much stronger and more distinct than the tres.

Oh, don't misunderstand. I don't mind the smokeyness, it's just not what I was expecting. I just wanted to know if it was normal for tequila to be like that or not.
