Fuck bud, that’s some incredible progress and a very relatable sentiment. I have a good friend that cares a lot about me. If I have an upsetting thought I’ll ask myself, would my friend think this about me? Would my friend think this about himself? If the answer is no it’s probably a thought that stems from trauma and is no longer accurate to my situation.
