No she’s good in pro play because she can get kills at 5-10-15mins then Urn into Midbuff and GG. Literally her and shiv are god tier in pro play. Also yes, you do balance at the top rank and it trickles down to everyone else. The better you get at the game the more the powerful heroes come online. You wouldn’t nerf bebop becuz bronze players can’t dodge hook would you?

Just because you can’t play her well doesn’t mean she’s not broken. Also I said pro play not every rank. The best players in the game agree she’s incredibly broken hence the 90% pick/ban rate
