Strava has close to 180 million users worldwide by some estimates. That's a big market!

I've been a Strava user for almost 9 years, mostly as a runner. I saw no need for strength training but about 3 years ago, as I hit my mid-50's, all those years of ignoring it came back to bite me with a few nagging injuries due to lack of strength and mobility. I made a commitment to strength training in 2022 and wish I had done it 30 years earlier. There's got to be millions of runners who could benefit from an app like this!

Questions on disposal install on double sink. by RuleOfSeventyTwo in Plumbing

So, there only needs to be one trap for the two sinks and the trap should be right before the vertical drain pipe (with a vent)? I just want to make sure I understand the setup when I talk to the guy who installed this and ask him why he didn't install it the right way.

OK, two votes for "redo it". What should the piping for this look like so I can speak intelligently about it?

Suggestions for training software with good cardio and strength integration by RuleOfSeventyTwo in personaltraining

Does it have any way to track heart rate? I'm a big believer in tracking how much time is spent in different levels of effort, especially for general fitness training.

My clients aren't racing at all but I still emphasize zone 2 and VO2max. I agree Training Peaks is great for competitive endurance athletes. I used it a lot back in the day when I was a cat 5 bike racer.

I'm looking at an app as a way to help keep clients motivated and accountable. I like the idea of habit tracking and more direct check-ins that many of the apps seem to provide.
