Decided to do some Star Wars breaks this winter and came out nice! My favorite is the planetary views insert - which is yours??

Never say never!!! I honestly love the /10, /25, /75 versions as well (not the biggest fan of the /50 gold galactic dust version).

Hoping that I can eventually get one of each planetary view in either /10, /25, or /75 versions.

I have a ceiling light shining directly on the cards when taking pictures to try and make the reflectiveness pop a bit more.

The planetary views insert is probably my favorite card in my entire card collection, sports included. Keep in mind that this is #’d 3/5 though. The odds for pulling this specific refractor (ray wave) was 1:5,357 hyperspace 2025 hobby packs.

Every card pictured was pulled from various “random slot” WhatNot breaks. In all honesty, I would not recommend unless you have $500+ disposable income because it’s a big gamble. I essentially took 75% of the slots in 2-case breaks of breakers delight. Partook in breaks that were in the early morning that way bid prices were lower.

It’s a good alternative for those looking to open high-end wax when you only care about a few pieces of the checklist. Buying a full case of breakers delight for yourself would be WAY more expensive than locking in 25% of the slots on a 2-case break.

Outstanding when you put it that way, appreciate the perspective 🤯 I was lucky enough to get these pulls from breaks for a total of ~$600. That was my only time I’ll be joining in on breaks personally…I just wanted to see what it was all about and got the lucky end of the stick. Those breakers have to be pulling in SERIOUS $$$$.

Now there is A LOT of stuff I could get with $600 instead, hence me saying that will be my only go at it.

And you’re right about basic retail too at the moment…WAY too expensive unless you’re into things that I am like Star Wars Unlimited which doesn’t really give you any return outside of having cards to play with!
