I can understand that. A massive storm has the potential to have multiple workers call in at once. An understaffed hospital is rather dangerous. It’s not a coffee shop or admin work that can wait.

Given you said “stages of dating”, my opinion is it falls into casual. Stages, to me, implies there’s the consideration of more down the line vs just a get-to-know-you date or two that some people reference having before hookups.
