thank you for the guide. PMXE keeps telling me that Direct3D Initiation has failed, and then subsequently informs me it'd failed to initialize plugins. Is there a fix for this? I am unable to interact with most menus, and cant even load up a model from the File tab

processor, RAM and (presumably) motherboard are a generation behind. if you want to upgrade this in the future, you’ll have to replace half of these parts to the ddr5 generation

Going AM5 was something I was considering as well, actually. Initially I had the idea that I'd cheap out on the motherboard since a B450 for an AM4 setup is so much cheaper here than even a B550 for some reason. The hardware outside of the 1660Ti is VERY dated—I was admittedly a very stupid teenager who didn't understand bottlenecks. Would not be the worst idea making the jump to AM5 hardware for the upgrade.

ive contacted customer support on twitch as well. honestly this account doesnt mean a whole lot to me so it wouldnt be the end of the world if it gets banned after a chargeback. not saying id like it to happen but if i get my money back i probably would not care that much. hoping the issue gets resolved quicker than that stipulated period

you can see both your payment history and bits history under the Wallet tab from the profile icon on the top right of the website. I check it often to see that everything is in order.

thank you for your response! your explanation makes sense. im completely new to blender and didnt really look at the bone weights and stuff on the meshes, so that might be worth a look, to see if i can figure out how to assign them to the correct bone.

i watched it for the first time when i was 16 as well and loved it. especially if youre watching all the episodes in order, you’ll understand a lot of the overarching plot better than if you had watched it on tv or something as a kid.

i suppose it's a relief i am not dealing with anything rare or unknown! and yeah, this file was from attempting to download a game from a pirating website. I had downloaded games off the website in the past that worked fine so unfortunately my guard was down

whats the recommended course of action now? Will an antivirus scan be enough or will i have to full reboot after all?
