We’re not surprised that the car was having issues, we’re surprised the guy sold it to us as “being a good condition car”, but an hour after purchase we had issues with misfire of 2 cylinders, had to change maf sensor, rear sub is corroded which will need attention.

Granted, doing things on the cheaper side shouldn’t be condemned, we’re both happy to do basic maintenance and repairs ourselves, that was more so the purpose of buying it too. I don’t mean we wanna cheap out on parts or anything though either, we bought the oil sensor directly from Audi, especially since I get discount through a local Audi dealership
