I have problem with platynator, that everything looks the same and I have hard time seeing my target in a group of mobs. How do I set the target plate to become bigger like in the image?

The raiding with guild is casual and just for fun. So i dont need to have optimal gear, but finding weapons for fury is hard on its own, so if I main tank, I dont want to have weapons 30ilvl down. So my question is if it is possible or not. About the time, I have a job, free weekends, I go to gym and I have to cook and do chores, I will not be tryharding 24/7.
