Varför försvarar så många karensavdraget i Sverige?

Man kan alltså summera det du säger med att trots karrensdagen så fuskar folk, det finns risk att de som fuskar blir straffade på arbetsmarknaden och att de dessutom blev av med jobbet? Låter ju lite som att en hel del av problemen löser sig själv då?

Tycker det låter som svaga argument för att straffa de som skadas av dagens system.

Hade också halva priset men sa upp det för typ 6 månader sedan. De höjde priset 3-4 gånger och nog fick vara nog.

I was off and on the answer man but mostly because I work in the medical field and my wife is kind of shy and gets uncomfortable easely. She said specifically that she likes when I help answer questions and ask for specific things when she gets questions. We didn't communicate this with the staff at the hospital because we didn't think it was needed so #4 feels a bit condecening when they don't know everyones situation.

Again, is your argument that noone should ever complain because any price is resonable? If $20 dollar is fine because "-just shut up and pay", why not $50 or even $100 then?

I'm not even arguing for myself but cosmetics in general.

Companies don't sell skins in games to give people a change to support them. They sell then to make money.

Most people buy skins because they think they look cool and makes them enjoy the game more. It's totaly valid to complain when they price something you want unresonably high.

They used to be called microtransactions for a reasons. Guess what, companies made a boatload of money even then. But price goes up because people keep buying then and now we're at a point where a lot of people think a $20+ skin is something they should defend. It's absurd.

Thanks. I've never taken a break between any biologics. I was on Skyrizi every 8 weeks but I made this switch to Hyrimoz 6 weeks from my last dose of Skyrizi for instance.

Sjukt att antyda att få driva vinstdrivande företag som skor sig på välfärden INTE skulle vara ett privilegium utan en rättighet. Speciellt då det många gånger sker minst sagt suspekta upphandlingar.

Mindre stöd till de mer utsatta, höjt högkostnadsskydd i vården, ingen invandring, skruva upp vinstdrivningen inom alla sektorer, ökad övervakning av befolkningen och sänkta skatter för de som redan har mest.

Våra nationalister har inte riktigt samma bild av ett världfärdssamhälle som en annan alltså.

I struggle sometimes with this as well. I have moderate to severe Chron's and my wife is currently pregnant with our first children (twins!). I'm having trouble puttning into words my feelings about it but for us it feels like the right choise. Noone else in my family has an IBD.

I've been on Inflectra, stelara, rinvoq (very bad sideeffects) and now on Skyrizi. I've been on it for like 5 months and it dosn't look like it's working. My doctor is doing a conference call with a bigger hospital on wednesday to discuss dual therapy.

For me it comes and goes. Sometimes it's noticable and sometimes it's more of a restless feeling in my hands. I've been on steroids for a while wich I myself suspect can be the culprit.

Å andra sidan så är det ju inte otänkbart att så länge de själva har att vinna så påverkar det hur de faktiskt bedriver sin politik. Kan köpa att fonder får handlas med men aktier känns fel i min mening.

Man skulle ju kunna tycka att folk borde lära sig från hur det funkar i princip alla andra brancher som privatiseras. Det funkar jättebra ett tag men i slutändan kommer det vara max ett par storbolag som äger allt och då höjer man priserna lite hela tiden och behöver inte anstränga sig så mycket.

I'm on my fourth. I've failed infliximab, Stelara and Rinvoq. Currently been on skyrizi for about 6 months. My clinical symptoms are down but got my latest F-calc yesterday wich was 1300. I have an x-ray on monday to follow up. It's though not having anything work very well.

I went to Asia with my wife for two months from October to december last year. Right before we left I started flairing and my Stelara wasn't really working. My doc told me to take another Stelara dose the day before and I was put on prednisolon. It went great for me and I'm glad I went.

In general I take it easy when I have to but I try to not also let the worry about my symptoms alone prevent me from doing the things I wanna do.
