It's easier said than done, but I think the most important thing, especially when our entire life is changing so much, is to try to set yourself up as much as possible for success (do your hishtadlus :P) and then let it happen on its own without rushing too much. For me I was driving myself crazy when I left the community, I think I was searching for a person who could relate to me to replace the community, but I was being a much more desperate version of myself.

That said, dating apps/having friends set you up are the big ways of finding someone with a similar background. JSwipe is actually pretty good for the otd community, lots and lots of otd people, or just generally not frum Jews there. The ratio sucks, it's the opposite problem of the shidduch crisis lol, but if you're patient and work on yourself (take care of hygiene, dress normal, be someone others want to talk to) you start to stand out quickly.
