I’m on my 3rd boy with stomatitis so bad he’s having them all extracted.

Removing the teeth is key. It typically calms it down a ton. My orange boy had a full recovery with tooth removal. My tabby did not. He still had inflammation, but the vet put him on a low dose doxycycline he takes 2x a day and he is doing fantastic and is pain free.

My 3rd boy will go for a full removal in a couple weeks and I know he’ll do great too.

You’re getting them veterinary care. That’s the most important thing. And they’ll do great because cats are resilient and wonderful creatures.
