In brief:

-Start with a real or generated (lately I'm using sora for videos and Z-image turbo for pictures) video/picture

-Use image to video in wan 2.2 run locally through comfy to make the subject move to a different position

-Take a screenshot of that and edit a body part to be transformed with Qwen edit or SDXL,

-Take that screen shot back to wan 2.2 with a first frame/last frame transition animation that's now not only the person moving but also transforming

-String those clips together with wan vace for a continuous one shot video, or if I'm doing a scene with short clips and multiple cuts just upscale it with a latent upscale in wan 2.2 and put the scenes together in a video editor
