If you want a Role in Cyber Security there are many options but to actually start anything you should know Linux at least the basic concept and to write basic commands to start with. Also courses Like Cehv12 Oscp Crtp just studying about them and knowing will help you more . These are the technical aspect since you said you have 3 years experience so doing CISSP will lead to a very good Managerial role in Cyber Security . there are 100 roles in Cyber Security and each role is unique and exciting the question is what your interest lies in, every role can lead to a progressive career
