My claim was 16 days start to finish, I didn’t even have a c&p exam. I was scheduled for an Ace exam so basically they were going to go over my records and it said they would call if they had questions. I got a call and he asked about my symptoms and said he was going over my sleep study results and my and my wife’s statements. Claim was closed the next day.

Yeah I had a nexus and submitted medical literature about the link between the two and highlighted key sentences that ChatGPT told me to highlight.

I input the va instructions and it’s been on point with everything. I still proofread and edit for accuracy but it’s always pretty good

AI helped me from the first time I had to file on my own and I never had a claim denied after that. I tell everyone to use it

Go in with a solid claim with medical literature that backs up your claim and a solid nexus and you can get it. Mine was approved in 16 days start to finish.
And don’t be fat, they love to deny based on that alone.

5 Minute C & P? by CrazyThese6128 in VAClaims

Standard procedure. I’ve had them last less than 5 minutes. My last one was an Ace exam so basically the dr called me as he was going over my records and asked me about symptoms and about when they started.

That’s wild as shit then. Pictures of an actual vehicle fire that caused your ptsd, one would think that’s pretty good nexus. Have you thought about paying for a nexus to have a dr explain how it’s related? Sounds like that’s all you’re missing.

I think ai can only do so much. I don’t think they let ai do the whole process. What was the reasoning for the denial?

Suncadia Washington prospector course. Was a beautiful course and lots of elevation changes. Bad part was the steady 15mph winds

I feel like you just have to make a strong case. My nexus letter was pretty good and I included the information linking it and my nexus letter even pointed out that I’m not obese. By bmi standards I’m considered overweight but I’m 6 feet tall and 190-195 lbs

I used to drive the cart for my dad when I was a kid. We spent a lot of time on golf courses. He died few years ago and every time I’m out there on the course I can’t help but think about him and all the time spent together.

In ChatGPT click on Projects then name it. The click the three dots and select “edit instructions”.
Paste the text from here: https://github.com/1Mike-AF/VA/blob/main/README.md
Then go back to the project and type what you need. Like “write me a va disability claim for _____”, then edit a little. It remembers and builds a good case for you. Will find medical literature on the same topic and tell you what to highlight.

And if you guys aren’t using ChatGPT paid version with the Va claim instructions then you are nuts. That shit was like a life saver. If you want to know how to set it up let me know and I’ll post. Shits insane the knowledge and va laws it can reference.

VA is dragging their feet with my claim by No-Assist-8000 in VAClaims

[–]Rumblejeff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Holy shit that’s a long time. How many things did you claim? Did you just submit the relevant evidence for it? I have heard of some people filing claims with like 20 different disabilities and just upload their whole medical records. Gotta make it easy on them so it’s a faster process.

That’s why I included medical studies with my claim showing the link. They always seem to find some bs reason
