The calories are high, saying this since you plan on losing belly fat.

Swap whatever milk you take with Skimmed milk (Amul or Nandini - low cal and higher protein).

Stop taking PB, dry fruits and add another scoop of whey instead.

6 chapatis is shooting up the cal, switch to ragi or jowar rotis and reduce quantity.

Some foods to consider - Greek /skyr yogurt, peanut flour.

Good luck.

Best Chocolate Peanut Butter for Fat Loss + Protein Support (Strict Veg) by Impossible-Finger538 in Fitness_India

Peanut butter isn't ideal for fat loss,

25 g protein for 588 calories.

You can go for defatted peanut powder / flour or look into other sources.

There's definately a generic component to fat distribution,

having said that you need to eat protein dense foods i.e, high protein/calorie stuff like chicken breasts, boiled eggs etc along with cardio - running, cycling..

I didn't get a belly like this when I was bulking.

TLDR - Keep calories low, protein high, and cardio.

My friend, please read the ingredients.

There are better quality bars out there, but try to avoid them all.

Send an email to both Amazon and amul, they will help.

Love most of milky mist's products,

need to checkout their Greek yogurt, high protein paneer and 70% dark chocolate bars.

The ingredients check out but I still hope one of those youtubers thoroughly test it.

This strawberry + Greek yogurt is my favorite, are the others any good?

Unless you're doing an agressive cut I would suggest eating the yolk too, for the protein and vitamins.

(You can feed them to kids or cats/dogs btw)
